Your youth work system and systemic view
This digital badge shows that the owner of this badge got to know more about the systemic approach to competence development and analysed one's own youth work system. As a result of the task, a person identified possible contributions and learning needs that come from a learner and the youth work system.
Activity content and badge issuing criteria are aligned with the European Training Strategy (ETS) competence model for youth workers to work internationally.
